Environmental technology

Environmental technology (envirotech), green technology (greentech) or clean technology (cleantech) is the application of one or more of environmental science, green chemistry, environmental monitoring and electronic devices to monitor, model and conserve the natural environment and resources, and to curb the negative impacts of human involvement. Sustainable development is the core of environmental technologies. The term environmental technologies is also used to describe a class of electronic devices that can promote sustainable management of resources.

P&P Industrietechnik offers a wide range of products and solutions in green technology, especially in processes to avoid pollution of the air (desulphurization, waste gas treatment, de-dusting)

Plant technology

P&P is active in Green Technology, heat transfer systems, heating & cooling technologies and waste air treatment systems.

We deliver either both turn-key plants or and engineering in different stages (BDP basic Engineering or detail engineering)

Industrial Filters

P&P Filters for new plants or for renewal or integration in already existing plants are customer specific dimensioned, planned, constructed, designed and implemented on site by our own staff specialists.

We also like to plan and implement pilot installations to get optimized results in waste gas treatment and to get possible results and measurements before starting the project.

Desulphurization plants

Desulphurization is a chemical process for the removal of sulphur from a material. This can involve either the removal of sulphur from a molecule or the removal of sulphur compounds from a mixture such as petrochemicals or flue gases. Mostly also heat recovery is included to use it in this or other processes. This results in a very short return on invest.
P&P desulphurization plants are high efficient and allows our customers to save energy and raw-materials.

Catalysts

P&P-Catalysts are designed and produced individually and customer specific for new and existing plants in our own production. We like to design your special Catalyst and our process- engineers like to design a retrofit for your existing plant.
P&P-Catalysts are formed in a special honeycomb design. They reach optimized surfaces and optimized flow rates.

Distribution Ceramic layers

Ceramic layers are used to optimize the distribution of the airflow to get homogeneous temperature everywhere and to store thermic energy for later use. (Example: RTO-Plant)
P&P Distribution Ceramic layers are designed by our long time-experienced engineers in a special form to get highest storage capacity and optimized ability to distribute the air flow.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger is a piece of equipment built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. P&P Industrietechnik offers heat exchangers by our own production.
As one of the last companies in Europe, we design, calculate, construct and produce your specific heat exchangers. Depending on the media, we use different types of heat-exchangers in different carrier medias (water, steam, thermal-oil, thermal-salt).
